MM Local's locally-grown, extremely delicious Sriracha is coming back. With sriracha-pepper season nearly upon us, we're hoping the Kickfurther community will help us buy more peppers and make more of our delicious hot-selling, hot-sauce to sell to exisiting customers such as Whole Foods Market, Natural Grocers, Marzcyk's Fine Foods, Kroger and more.

MM Local partners with family farmers to preserve surplus produce at the height of harvest through our two brands MM Colorado and MM Pacific Northwest. Our production model helps prevent food from going to waste and helps local farmers grow. Our brand makes local food come to life in store by connecting consumers to the farmers who grew their food on the grocery shelf. It's delicious local food that makes a difference.

This October, our goal is partner with the Kickfurther community to finance production of an additional 10,000 units of MM Colorado Sriracha sauce. We'll use the capital raised to buy heirloom peppers from Dave and Mike at Full Circle Farms in Longmont, Colorado. We'll then ferment the peppers and turn them into Sriracha sauce (with our fair-wage-paid employees) at our facility in downtown Denver. About three weeks after harvest, our sriracha sauce will be bottled, labeled and ready to hit the shelves with our existing retail customers. And each jar will be traceable back to Full Circle farms with our neat on-lid "traceability" stickers!Image title
