I'd like to start off with a note of transparency and appreciation: Our first Co-Op was paid back 35 days late. The fact that we paid our backers late killed me…I despise falling short on a commitment. Even though the Amazon Search glitch affected millions of sellers, we still take full responsibility for the shortcoming of sales. However, we have taken measures to ensure we won’t fall short again, for example we took several precautions to ensure we have a more stringent approach on our projections and to demonstrate our commitment, we also are offering a higher rate (11.25%) to re-build trust and to say thank you!
*COVID-19 Impact* has actually been positive for our company. Consumer shopping behaviors continue to shift to online and with children roaming and exploring inside homes safety is more important than ever. Our sales have been on the rise through the pandemic period, and we are well-positioned for additional demand-capture opportunities. While we source our products from China, our supply chain has remained fully functional without delay.
The goal for this Co-Op will help us finance inventory to resupply stock once our suppliers come back from Chinese New Year. For those of you who don't know us, Jambini sells innovative baby proofing products that encourage discovery without jeopardizing home appeal. We design our products to be tamperproof but keeps your home from screaming: "A one year old lives here!".
Jambini products are currently sold on Amazon, Walmart and our website. We're also in the process of on-boarding with BuyBuyBaby and a few local military exchanges.
